Customer Service Representatives

M-F Day, Afternoon, Evening & Sat shifts, FT & PT

Customer Service Reps interact with clients over the phone, online and in person handling client calls and conducting scripted information and education sessions. Must be computer literate, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Paid training starts @ $10.00/hour.

Part Time Marketing Specialist

Raise the visibility of fee-based programs and services among the general public and financial services and related industries. Assist with the development and implementation of social marketing campaign to create positive change in consumer financial behavior consistent with the Institute's mission. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or other related field preferred; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in marketing communications, advertising or social marketing preferred; working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Access and Publisher required. $11.00 - $15.00/hr depending on experience.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports and advances the mission of the Institute by scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, completing efficiency reports, handling special projects (as assigned), and otherwise supporting the Director of Program Services and Client Service staff. Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Starting pay is $10/hr.
